I'm a tech enthusiast who loves nothing more than to learn new skills, implement new ideas, and participate in process improvement.
Because you can have "just an I.T. guy", or you can have an "it" guy.
/about
I’m a highly skilled GNU/Linux, Windows, and Android user with a deep passion for understanding how things work. I got my start in I.T. after learning about virtual machines while watching NetworkChuck on YouTube; my newer laptop didn't have enough RAM or space on the HDD to run VirtualBox, though. So I did what any tinkerer would do. I found my old, dead laptop from 2017, opened the case, threw in a SSD and 32GB RAM, and brought it back from the grave! I'm proud to say it not only runs three operating systems (Linux Mint, Windows 11 and MX Linux), but it's my current "daily driver".
Now, I rebuild laptops and PCs, setup webpages and servers, optimize systems, and perform data transfers and recovery. All this while attending college full-time and pursuing an engineering degree.
